Service Catalog

 

Initial Business Analysis – This initial, no cost meeting will assist RMS in understanding the needs, goals and desired results of your business and the programs managed by RMS.  It will also allow RMS to learn more about the operation of your business and tailor programs to best fit your unique business profile.  All information gathered in this and any other phase will be considered confidential and not shared with any other client or business.

 

Retainers

Single Consultation – Similar services as the Standard Consultation Retainer with the exception of being limited to one campaign or program per fee.  This would be beneficial to those businesses planning on running three or less programs in a 12-month period.

Standard Consultation Retainer – By selecting this option, you will pay an annual one-time service fee that entitles you to unlimited development and brainstorm sessions for each program created during the 12 months contracted.  In comparison, there would be a $75 fee for each new program development meeting if the Single Consultation option was selected.

 Executive Consultation Retainer – By selecting this option, you will be entitled to the same services as the Standard Consultation Retainer.  In addition, RMS will be available at your job site two days a month, as needed, to work with employees and run detailed reporting.  This is especially valuable when working with multiple locations to pull campaign results, specific campaign training, working with multiple departments to ensure implementation of all aspects of the campaign, and better overall management of campaigns and programs.

 

Website Develoment & Management - This includes development of your website, client training on management of website, on-call availability and feature development to meet your specific needs.  This can be designed in two ways:
  • RMS manages the entire website on a day-to-day basis, providing edits as needed by you.
  • RMS creates the website and turns the "administation" keys over to you with training.  RMS would still be available to assist with any major issues or questions.

 

Campaigns/Programs

 

 

Gold Level – Develop campaigns or programs that fall within budget parameters, while meeting the desired prospect-to-sales rep quotas.  Programs will include all of the following services as needed:

  • Campaign/program timelines and delivery management
  • Forecasted campaign/program costs and results.
  • Executive training and review
  • Work with data liaison from your business to pull prospect lists that meet program criteria.
  • Direct mail piece development
  • Email messaging
  • Google Ad content
  • Collateral material content
  • Sales training
  • Support Team training and process inclusion
  • Telesales training
  • Specialty item design
  • Weekly results reporting
  • Work with support teams ensuring all credits are applied to your customers’ accounts (free month of service, fees waived, etc.)
  • Post Mortem review

RMS will manage all aspects of the campaign and work with you to deliver complete results reporting.  All program costs (such as material, postage, etc.) will be additional and billed to your business.  It will also be your responsibility to provide a prospect list source.  Lead lists provided by RMS would be an additional charge.

Cost - $1 per initial prospect

(Example: Programs with 500 initial prospects would cost $500)

 

Silver Level – Similar services as the Gold Level without the reporting options and the review of support teams to ensure the proper application of consumer credits.  Programs will include all of the following services as needed:

  • Campaign/program timelines and delivery management
  • Forecasted campaign/program costs and results.
  • Executive training and review
  • Work with data liaison from your business to pull prospect lists that meet program criteria.
  • Direct mail pieces
  • Email messaging
  • Google Ad content
  • Collateral material content & design
  • Sales training
  • Support Team training and process inclusion
  • Telesales training
  • Specialty item design

All program costs (such as material, postage, etc.) will be additional and billed to your business.  It will also be your responsibility to provide a prospect list source.  Lead lists provided by RMS would be an additional charge.

Cost - $.75 per initial prospect

 

Bronze Level – This level allows for the basic design of a campaign/program.  RMS will work with a designated individual from your business to develop the campaign structure and timeline.  This will include basic material design ideas and layout.  RMS will then turn the campaign/program over to the representative for final material design, rollout and program management.  Programs will include all of the following attributes if needed:

  • Campaign/Program overall plan
  • Campaign/Program timelines and delivery layout
  • Work with data liaison from your business to pull prospect lists that meet program criteria.
  • Basic material messaging and content

All program costs (such as material, postage, etc.) will be additional and billed to your business.  It will also be your responsibility to provide a prospect list source.  Lead lists provided by RMS would be an additional charge.

Cost - $.50 per initial prospect

  

Convention/Trade Show Coordination

RMS will coordinate the registration and set-up of your booth or display at any desired convention or trade show.  In addition, RMS can be on-site to oversee set-up and volunteer coordination of the booth or display for the length of the show.  Services included are:

  • Convention or trade show registration.
  • On-Site management of set-up of display or booth.
  • On-Site management of local volunteer staff to insure coverage at all times.
  • Manage any raffles and the awarding of prizes.
  • Tear down and packaging of materials to be shipped back to business

All costs (registration, raffle prizes, shipping costs, etc.) will be additional and billed to your business.
